About the Project

Automated HRIS Integration: Developed a system that pulls real-time employee and dependent data from a central HRIS database using MySQL joins and AJAX.



Multi-Role Approval Workflow: Implemented a secure 4-stage processing desk for Counter Persons, Focal Persons, C&B reviewers, and Committee members.


Bulk Processing Engine: Built a custom decision-making interface allowing committee members to perform bulk approvals for different grant types (Scholarship and Marriage).


Consensus Logic: Programmed backend logic to calculate final status based on multi-member voting, ensuring collective decision integrity.
